‪The foundation of Sweet Freedom Yoga is inspiration and community. We want our studio to be somewhere our students can come to take refuge, to learn the recipe for joy, to bring their bodies into efficient harmony and health. Somewhere they can meet up with their friends and engage with a practice that makes their lives better.

Our Facility

We are located at 2450 10 Ave NE (Beside Jungle Mania).

We have 2000 square feet of beautiful space, with hand paintings, and natural light, and warm energy.
Committing to a regular yoga practice will change your life!

​We have the space, we want to benefit the Shuswap Community as much as we can. If you are a local artist, jewelery/clothing designer, ect, we are looking for products to sell in our space.

We rent out our space for birthday parties, fitness groups, exr. Email us for more info.

In our Boutique we carry : Manduka mats, Mat carrying straps, manduka blankets, manduka blocks, B mats, Halfmoon bolsters, Halfmoon massage balls, joy-a-toes, Halfmoon eye pillows, doTerra oils, self-help & spiritual books, Owlhead Mountain Gems Jewelry- bracelets, necklaces, anklets, earrings & more. We carry Turkish Towels & Blankets, Bean&Bear scrunchies and beanies/toques, Temper&Lace Candles and bathbombs, Neulotus'.
