Welcome Friends.
‪The foundation of Sweet Freedom Yoga is inspiration and community. We want our studio to be somewhere our students can come to take refuge, to learn the recipe for joy, to bring their bodies into efficient harmony and health. Somewhere they can meet up with their friends and engage with a practice that makes their lives better.

Private Yoga
You can book a private yoga session with any of our instructors.
You can choose the theme of the class: Beginner Yoga, Breakdown of Postures, Yoga Philosophy, ect.
Cost is $65 per class ( price varies depending on the instructor )
or $150 if you book 3 classes
( If there are more than 6 people cost is $10 per person with a minimum of $65 an hour )
Class can be at our studio or we can come to you!
Office Yoga
We come to your place of work or you come to our studio for a private yoga lesson.
You choose your instructor, class style, and time!
